The 2026 Gala of the Venus Academy of Aesthetic Medicine is a unique project honoring individuals, clinics, and brands that genuinely shape the standards of modern aesthetic and anti-aging medicine in Poland.
It stands out for its independence, high substantive level, and ethical foundation — the core of the entire project and the work of the Committee.
Each nomination is a message from the community: “This is quality worth showcasing.”
Who can submit a nomination?
• you may nominate yourself,
• you may nominate your clinic or team,
• you may nominate a brand or project,
• you may nominate another person or entity whose work, quality, and professionalism you admire.
Nominating another party is considered a community submission and requires the nominee’s confirmation of participation.
After submitting the form, our team will contact you by phone or email to verify the information and confirm consent to participate in the project.
What happens after the submission?

Submission of the candidate via the online form.

Contact and verification — confirmation of data and consent to participate.

Nomination form — once approved, the nominee receives the full set of information, categories, and guidelines.

Committee evaluation — submissions are reviewed by the independent Committee of the Venus Academy.

Invitation to the Gala — selected individuals, clinics, and brands receive an invitation to participate in the media project and attend the prestigious 2026 Venus Academy Gala in Warsaw.
As part of the project, the nominee may be featured in a prestigious publication:
“Venus 2026. The Creators of Polish Aesthetic Medicine.”
Stages and rules
The nomination process is community-based and relies on the independent, substantive evaluation of the Committee.
The Committee works in accordance with the established regulations, confidentiality rules, and conflict-of-interest policy.
After the verification process is completed, selected individuals, clinics, and brands receive an invitation to participate in the media project of the Venus Academy 2026 and to attend the official Gala.
Protection of Know-How and Copyrights
The detailed course of the nomination process, evaluation criteria, and participation rules are protected as the Organizer’s know-how and are provided exclusively to nominees after verification of their application.
The Venus Academy of Aesthetic Medicine 2026 project is the intellectual property of Pharma Medical House Sp. z o.o.
All rights to the name, concept, visual identity, and materials are protected and may not be copied or used without the Organizer’s written consent.
