ABOUT ACADEMY
A standard is not an addition. A standard is a foundation. - Peter Drucker
The Venus Academy - How it operates
The Venus Academy combines year-round educational and expert-led activities with a structured candidate evaluation process, the purpose of which is to recognize best practices in the fields of aesthetic medicine, anti-aging, and longevity.
The two-stage evaluation model leads to the awarding of the Quality Standard Certificate.
The Venus Gala serves as the ceremonial conclusion of the entire cycle and the moment of announcing the Quality Award.
Within the Academy, substantive initiatives are carried out, focused on the following areas:
-
quality of care organization and teamwork,
-
safety of medical procedures,
-
responsible communication with patients,
-
a long-term approach to aesthetic practice.
The Academy provides a space for expert dialogue and the exchange of experience in the areas of medical practice quality, prevention, care, and the broadly understood fields of anti-aging and longevity.

Submission evaluation mechanism
The evaluation process consists of two stages:
Stage one – formal verification of the submission.
Stage two – substantive analysis conducted by the Independent Committee, based on the information provided by applicants and the criteria defined in the project regulations.
Entities that meet the requirements of the process receive the Quality Standard Certificate awarded as part of The Venus Academy.

Independent Chapter — an authority that stands above everything else
The Committee is composed of professors of medicine, experienced clinicians, and experts representing disciplines essential to the quality and safety of medical procedures.
Its members include specialists in dermatology, plastic surgery, maxillofacial surgery, gynecology, and urology, as well as a healthcare system expert contributing an organizational perspective.
The Committee operates in accordance with the project regulations, maintaining full substantive independence and adhering to principles that exclude potential conflicts of interest. Its decisions form the basis for awarding certificates and distinctions.
