The Venus Academy focuses on evaluating practices and attitudes that underpin everyday activities in the field of aesthetic medicine, anti-aging, and longevity.
The nomination process evaluates not declarations, but actions, compliance with standards, and real contributions to building a culture of quality and safety.
The assessment is based on the knowledge, experience, and complete independence of the Chapter. Each decision is made on the basis of clearly defined criteria and a multifaceted substantive analysis.
A nomination by the Venus Academy confirms that high standards have been met and sends a clear signal of credibility in the medical community.
Who can submit a nomination?
Applications for the Venus Academy nomination process may be submitted by:
• individuals – by submitting their own candidacy,
• clinics and medical teams – in relation to their activities,
• brands, manufacturers, and projects operating in the field of aesthetic medicine, anti-aging, and longevity,
• third parties – by recommending a doctor, clinic, or entity whose achievements and standards of work justify their independent evaluation by the Chapter.
Nominations made by third parties require confirmation of participation by the nominee.
After the application form is received, the data is formally verified and written consent to participate in the nomination process is obtained, in accordance with the regulations of the Venus Academy.
What happens after the submission?

Submission of the candidate via the online form.

Contact and verification — confirmation of data and consent to participate.

Nomination form — once approved, the nominee receives the full set of information, categories, and guidelines.

Committee evaluation — submissions are reviewed by the independent Committee of the Venus Academy.

Invitation to the Gala — selected individuals, clinics, and brands receive an invitation to participate in the media project and attend the prestigious 2026 Venus Academy Gala in Warsaw.
As part of the project, the nominee may be featured in a prestigious publication:
“Venus 2026. The Creators of Polish Aesthetic Medicine.”
Stages and rules
The nomination process is conducted in accordance with the specific procedures and regulations of the Venus Academy, in compliance with the principles of confidentiality and the exclusion of conflicts of interest. The evaluation of applications is substantive and multi-stage.
Protection of know-how and intellectual property rights
The detailed nomination process, evaluation methodology, and eligibility criteria constitute the Organizer's confidential know-how and are made available only to entities qualified for the next stage of the procedure, after positive verification of the application.
The Venus Academy project, including its program concept, organizational structure, visual identity, and communication and design materials, is the intellectual property of Pharma Medical House Sp. z o.o.
All rights to the name “Venus Academy,” graphic symbols, content, studies, and elements of project identification are protected by law and may not be copied, distributed, or used in any form without the prior written consent of the Organizer.
