REGULATIONS OF THE QUALITY AWARDS OF THE VENUS ACADEMY
Edition 2026 (effective as of 1 December 2025)

I. NATURE OF THE PROJECT

The Venus Academy is an independent, expert-led industry initiative established to recognize and honor the highest-quality achievements in the field of aesthetic medicine, anti-aging, and related disciplines.

The Venus Academy organizes the Quality Awards – prestigious distinctions granted to individuals, clinics, institutions, and brands that make an outstanding contribution to the development of modern, ethical, and evidence-based aesthetic medicine.

The official award ceremony takes place during the Venus Gala – an annual, high-profile industry event with a strong media presence.

II. OBJECTIVES AND ETHOS OF THE PROJECT

The Quality Awards project promotes:

the highest standards of quality, ethics, and professionalism in aesthetic and anti-aging medicine,

integration of experts, physicians, scientists, and industry representatives,

the development of education, best practices, and a culture of collaboration,

strengthening the international prestige of Polish aesthetic medicine.

As part of the Venus Academy, an independent Jury Panel is appointed, composed of recognized experts representing the professional community.

The concept of the project and its communication tools constitute protected know-how of the Organizer.

III. PRINCIPLE OF NEUTRALITY AND DIVERSITY

The Venus Gala and the Quality Awards project are gender-neutral and inclusive.

The project does not differentiate participation rights or evaluation criteria based on gender. Nominations and awards are granted exclusively on the basis of substantive merit, ethical standards, and real contribution to the development of aesthetic medicine.

IV. SUBMISSIONS AND NOMINATIONS

Nominations for the Quality Awards of the Venus Academy are community-based and may include individuals, clinics, organizations, and brands operating in the field of aesthetic and anti-aging medicine.

Submissions may be made:

independently (self-nomination),

by third parties, institutions, universities, or professional organizations.

The Jury Panel conducts a preselection and qualification process based on professional achievements, ethical conduct, innovation, and impact on the development of the industry.

Submission of an application constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.

V. STAGES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROJECT

Participation in the Quality Awards consists of the following stages:

submission of a candidate,

preselection by the Venus Academy Jury Panel,

notification of qualification,

confirmation of participation through acceptance of project rules and payment of the publication fee,

submission of materials for the Venus Album,

participation in project-related communication activities,

participation in the Venus Gala.

Submission implies readiness to participate in all stages of the project.

VI. PROJECT TIMELINE

For each edition, the Organizer determines an individual timeline, including but not limited to:

deadline for submissions,

Jury Panel preselection period,

notification of nominations,

deadline for submission of materials for the Venus Album,

publication of nominated participants,

date of the Venus Gala and announcement of laureates.

The timeline is communicated exclusively to participants qualified for the project.

VII. CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION AND PARTICIPATION FEE

Confirmation of participation in the project requires payment of the fee for inclusion in the Venus Album publication.

The fee covers:

participation in the Quality Awards project,

publication of the nominee’s profile in the Venus Album,

communication and promotional activities,

organization of the Venus Gala.

The Organizer provides individual payment details and deadlines.

Failure to make payment by the specified deadline is deemed a resignation and results in removal from the project.

VIII. MATERIALS FOR THE VENUS ALBUM

Each nominee is required to submit a complete set of materials, including:

professional biography (in the form of responses to standardized interview questions),

description of professional achievements,

portrait photographs,

photographs of the clinic or institution (if applicable),

list of scientific or social activities,

additional materials requested by the editorial team.

Minimum technical requirements for photographs:

300 dpi resolution,

JPG or PNG format,

no watermarks.

Each nominee receives between two and three pages of publication in the Venus Album, prepared by the editorial team in a standardized interview format.

Failure to submit materials by the deadline may result in exclusion from the project.

IX. LICENSE FOR MATERIALS

The participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted materials (texts, photographs, biographies, recordings).

The license covers publication in:

the Venus Album,

communication channels of the Venus Academy,

materials related to the Venus Gala.

The Organizer may perform necessary editorial and technical adjustments solely for publication purposes.
The license does not include the right to grant sublicenses.

X. CHANGE OF CATEGORY AND NON-ASSIGNMENT OF AWARDS

The Jury Panel reserves the right to:

change the category of a submission,

refuse nomination,

refrain from granting a Quality Award,

grant additional awards.

The Jury Panel may decide not to grant a nomination or award if the submission does not meet substantive or ethical criteria.

XI. LOSS OF QUALIFICATION / EXCLUSION FROM THE PROJECT

The Organizer may exclude a participant in the event of:

failure to pay the participation fee on time,

failure to submit materials for the Venus Album,

provision of false or misleading information,

violation of professional ethics,

actions that damage the reputation of the Venus Academy or the Organizer.

Decisions regarding exclusion are final.

XII. CONFIDENTIALITY AND IMPARTIALITY OF THE JURY PANEL

The Jury Panel operates independently, confidentially, and impartially.

Members of the Jury Panel do not disclose deliberations or individual assessments.

A Jury Panel member must abstain from evaluating a candidate if a relationship exists that could constitute a conflict of interest.

Decisions of the Jury Panel are final and not subject to appeal.

XIII. NO REFUND POLICY

The participation and publication fee is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.

The fee is also non-refundable in the event of failure to submit materials or exclusion from the project.

XIV. PRESENTATION OF NOMINEES AND LAUREATES

Submission to the project constitutes consent to the publication of information about nominees and laureates through the communication channels of the Venus Academy.

Presentation may include:

the project website,

social media platforms,

the Venus Album,

communication conducted during the Venus Gala.

XV. ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS AND THE VENUS GALA

Results remain confidential until officially announced during the Venus Gala.

Participation in the Venus Gala constitutes an integral part of the project.

In the event of a laureate’s absence, the statuette may be delivered in a manner determined by the Organizer.

XVI. AWARDS AND DISTINCTIONS

Nominees receive:

  • a certificate of participation,

  • publication in the Venus Album 2026.

  • Laureates receive:

  • the Venus Statuette – the official Quality Award of the Venus Academy,

  • a laureate certificate,

  • the right to use the title:

  • “Laureate of the Quality Awards of the Venus Academy 2026.”

XVII. AMENDMENTS TO THE PROJECT

The Organizer reserves the right to modify:

  • the timeline,

  • categories and subcategories,

  • methods of presenting nominees,

  • project structure,

  • the format and course of the Venus Gala.

All changes shall preserve the character and philosophy of the project.

XVIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Organizer of the project and the owner of all rights to the Venus Academy, Quality Awards, and Venus Gala brands is Pharma Medical House Sp. z o.o.

Detailed information regarding publication rules, categories, and communication is provided exclusively to participants qualified for the project.

These Regulations are valid from 1 December 2025 until 30 November 2026.
