GALA REGULATIONS

REGULATIONS OF THE VENUS ACADEMY OF AESTHETIC MEDICINE AWARDS – 2026 EDITION
(Effective from 1 November 2025)

I. NATURE OF THE PROJECT

The Venus Academy of Aesthetic Medicine is an independent, expert-based industry project established to recognize outstanding achievements in aesthetic medicine, anti-aging, and related sciences.
The entity organizes the Venus Academy Awards – prestigious honors granted to individuals, clinics, and institutions that significantly contribute to the development of modern, ethical, and evidence-based aesthetic medicine.
The official award ceremony takes place during the Venus Gala – an annual industry event with media presence.

II. OBJECTIVES AND ETHOS OF THE PROJECT

The Venus Awards project promotes:
• the highest standards of quality, ethics, and professionalism in aesthetic and anti-aging medicine,
• integration of experts, physicians, scientists, and industry professionals,
• the development of education, best practices, and a culture of cooperation,
• the international prestige of Polish aesthetic medicine.

As part of the project, the Venus Academy of Aesthetic Medicine appoints an independent Expert Committee. The project concept and communication tools are protected know-how of the Organizer.

III. PRINCIPLE OF NEUTRALITY AND INCLUSIVITY

The Venus Gala is a gender-neutral and inclusive project, welcoming participants from all groups involved in aesthetic medicine.
The project does not differentiate rights or participation rules based on gender. The nomination and award criteria are solely based on professional merit, ethical conduct, and real contributions to the development of aesthetic and anti-aging medicine.

IV. NOMINATIONS AND APPLICATIONS

Nominations for the Venus Academy Awards are community-driven and may include individuals, clinics, organizations, and brands working toward the advancement of aesthetic and anti-aging medicine.
Applications may be submitted:
• independently (self-nomination),
• by others: individuals, institutions, universities, or industry organizations.

The Venus Academy Expert Committee conducts a preselection and qualification of candidates based on professional achievements, ethics, innovation, and industry impact.
Submission to the project implies acceptance of these regulations.

V. PARTICIPATION AND PROMOTION RULES

Participation in the nomination process is community-based and free of charge.
The project includes promotional and media activities related to the nomination process and the Venus Gala.
An integral part of the project is the publication of nominee profiles in the Venus Album 2026 and their presentation in the official communication channels of the Academy.
Participation in the publication is a condition for attending the Venus Gala.
These activities aim to promote the achievements of participants and share best industry practices.
Detailed information on communication and publication rules is available only to those accepted into the project.

VI. VENUS ACADEMY EXPERT COMMITTEE

The Venus Academy of Aesthetic Medicine Expert Committee, appointed by the Organizer from among scientific authorities and medical professionals, decides on the nominations and awards.
The Committee operates independently, maintaining impartiality, confidentiality, and professional assessment standards.
Its decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

VII. AWARDS AND HONORS

Nominees receive a certificate of participation and publication in the Venus Album 2026.
Laureates receive:
• the Venus Statuette – the official Venus Academy Award,
• a laureate certificate,
• the right to use the title “Venus Awards 2026 Laureate” in promotional and informational materials, in accordance with licensing rules.

Results remain confidential until the official announcement during the Venus Gala.

VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Organizer and owner of the Venus Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and Venus Awards brands is Pharma Medical House Sp. z o.o.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to:
    • update the project schedule,
    • modify the categories, structure, or presentation methods,
    • verify applications if false information is revealed.

  3. To protect the project’s know-how, detailed rules on publication, categories, and promotional activities are shared only with accepted participants.

  4. These regulations are effective from 1 November 2025 to 30 November 2026.
